No more cardio recovery updates

It turned out to be totally on Apple. they never announced anything, but they clearly fiddled with the algorithm because in late November the app resumed posting figures after each exercise, but for a couple of days the figures were clearly way off, then abruptly adjusted to the former more realistic figures. for the last teo weeks, I have been back to getting readings every single day after my exercise. It was clearly not anything I had changed with my watch or iPhone, because I in fact, had not changed a thing for the last year or two for these readings.
