i have money in my itune and cant use it

hello i am trying to buy from itunes balance but there always a error massage popping up to contact with support . Please solve my problem i need to buy from game asap thank you

This is kind of a, "What have I got in my pocket?" question. You will have to tell us what makes you think you cannot contact Apple Support. I do know that there are places in the world where Apple provides no support and you cannot expect support from Apple in those places even if you have equipment from Apple.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page under “Get more help” (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I will explain if it is not clear. The question is from the category -What to do with it? There are games that are sold in the store and they can be bought. But for some reason a large number of people do not succeed. Although there is a presence of funds on the apple credit purse and there is a linked payment method. My account is from Russia and we do not have a chat and there is no telephone support. Only a text version of assistance which is not relevant in this situation. People who wrote here about this problem are not only from Russia

Where support is available, people can get the issue resolved by Apple Support or at least know why they are not allowed even though they may not like the answer. For example an account may be Disabled for purchases and require re-activation using Apple Support where additional information may be required or payment for a past purchase that was not completed due to lack of funds. Some don't think they should be required to pay for a past purchase for some reason. Also very rarely do users who post here about a problem respond back after they have contacted Apple and had the issue resolved.


In any case, where direct support is not available, such as Russia, you will not have the ability to have that issue resolved by Apple and your options are limited.
