Standby display in iOS 26.1 not turning off automatically

In IOS 26.1 the Standby display is not turning off automatically as it did in previous IOS versions.

In Settings I have Standby->Display set to turn off Automatically, Night mode on, and Motion to Wake on. Previously the display would turn off if no motion is detected. Now it stays on all night.

Has anyone else seen this? How do I report this to Apple?

The Always On setting is turned off, and does not seem to be the cause of the problem.

However, the problem has now gone away without any changes to my iPhone settings. I suspect what changed is the display setting of my clock radio next to the phone. It has a lighted time display that was accidentally changed to make it brighter. When I changed it back to its dimmest setting, the iPhone Standby display once again shuts off after no motion is detected for about 20 seconds. Mystery solved.
