I recently got a new MacBook Air and created a new Apple ID. I need to transfer everything, including iCloud data, from my old Apple ID to the new one. I’ve tried to do this already, but the iCloud transfer hasn’t worked. Could you guide me through the steps to successfully transfer all my data? Thank you

Don't create a new Apple Account unless you absolutely have to. Apple's entire system is set up with the intention that this kind of things is easiest when you always use one account. Read Transfer to a new Mac with Migration Assistant - Apple Support
