Resetting Secondary iCloud Email

I have two apple emails, one that I use for my Apple ID/Account and another I use for emails. I can't login to my email account on my new iPhone, yet it's working on my MacBook. I've requested it to be reset and I was supposed to get something through by the 30th November but I haven't received anything.

Any ideas please - again, this is not my Apple ID/ Account but a secondary iCloud email address.

Follow these steps on your iPhone to add a new secondary email and remove an existing one:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.


Tap your name/Apple Account at the very top of the screen.

Tap Sign-In & Security.

Look for the Email & Phone Numbers section, which lists your primary and additional email addresses and phone numbers.


To Add a New Secondary Email:

Tap the Edit option (or Add Email or Phone Number...).

Tap the Add button (+).

Enter the new email address you want to add as a secondary address.7


You will be prompted to verify the new email address by entering a code sent to that inbox.8 Enter the code to confirm.
