If my Apple Watch is discharged, and I’ve lost it in the house, will it still play a sound? I do have it registered on my iPhone under Find My with the sound enabled as well as Notifications. But it’s been four hours now and the sound won’t play. It says it will play when connected.

It has no power to play sounds on the speaker.
It has no power to listen to any of the radios, so no signal would be seen by the Apple Watch, so it could play a sound on the speaker.
It has not power for the radios, so the Apple Watch could not tell the Find My service its current location.
No. It can't make a sound if the battery is dead.
