How to create a 2-axis chart with 3 variables (systolic, diastolic, and heart rate) on Numbers for the same date-time?

Hello,

I have started a Numbers SS with the numbers of blood pressures and heart rate, the difference between the systolic and the diastolic (below 30, turns to red), the percentual differences between them, and the 5 averages updating at each new entry.

Actually, I am doing 3 readings a day, so in December I could end up with 93.

I want to do a single 2-d chart for each month, showing: (i) on the x-axis, the day & time of the reading (but probably I should use an extra column, naming each reading as n1, n2 and n3, with “n” been the day of the month) or maybe no indication because it would be too many); (ii) on the y-axis I want to show the 3 readings of each measure — like each variable has an independente graph, one over the other, in the same 2-axis system: systolic, diastolic and heart rate.

The heart rate should be red, the other two could be blue and green.

The idea is that each month will be in a single sheet, and the visual of each month give the idea of how it is behaving.

How can I do that?
