Incorrectly charged Installment payments and understated available credit.
Hello. In October 2025, I attempted to upgrade my iPad Pro and also purchase a keyboard and scheduled for same day delivery. Apple couldn't deliver the order and cancelled it. I was still charged for the installment payments on each item. Apple cancelled the order again and refunded what had been paid yet, my minimum payments are STILL reflecting the installment amounts and my available credit is reflecting the outstanding installment amounts - WHICH IS ALSO BEING REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. I have since spoken to 4 people and 2 additional people to no avail. The last person asked me to call Goldman Sachs but APPLE MESSED UP! Why am I running around seeking a solution when they messed up. IT IS STILL REFLECTED IN MY WALLET.
