Depends on what the blocked Malware message refers to.
If the blocked Malware popup refers to Service Record or Receiver Helper, then it is your Citrix files and all files with Citrix in the name in 2 of those screenshots have to be removed, and reinstall Citrix with the latest version if still needed.
The com.deterministicnetworks.daemon.dniregsvr.plist file is related to some app by Deterministic networking, so not sure if that is used by you. It would be best to use the uninstaller of that app if available.
