Denied iTunes credit refunds
really enjoy Apple products and the whole Apple ecosystem. If my PC ever stops working, I’d happily move to a Mac. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Apple devices.
The only part I’ve struggled with is the refund process. Even after canceling my subscriptions before adding more credit, I still had iTunes credit taken out. I’ve requested refunds twice and both were denied, which has been frustrating and confusing.
I completely understand that all companies have policies, but I think it would really help if purchases that aren’t refundable were clearly marked as “final sale” ahead of time. I also wish customers were told if their account is flagged in any way, instead of being left unsure why refunds are denied.
