Cannot change App Store country

“I need to change my App Store country but I have cancelled subscriptions still active. I don’t have the Canadian payment method anymore, so please force-cancel the remaining subscription period so I can switch regions.”

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
