I have 3 different Apple accounts, and I would like to separate them, delete one, assign one to my husband, and keep the remaining one for me. How do I do this?

If you have 3 accounts then they are already separated. Clarification please if you mean something else.

Carefully and thoroughly read that article for information about what happens when you delete your Apple Account. For example:
