My daughters Apple Watch SE is not displaying any activity awards or any monthly challenges, we purchased it in October and set it up under my family account. She has it set up for under 13.

I have been struggling with this problem over the last year or so. The good news for us was that they were not gone, they were just not being displayed repeatedly. What I did to to restore them over the months:
I don’t know why this issue can't be addressed. It’s a a time suck to restore and just frustrating.

They say nothing about awards, which only happen every so often for adults anyway

Her watch shows an award page like an adults but there is nothing on there. She has had it a while now a completed a few things that would have warranted awards.
