Family members need full HomePod control as Home owners

Summary

We recently set up some new HomePods around the house and I set them up. I added my family to be able to control the Home, set them as admins, and gave them permissions for Intercom, Check In, etc, but I still noticed that there are still some settings that they can’t change. I even signed out of the HomePods that aren't in my room, and changed the Primary User, but I realized that everyone else can’t sign into the HomePod Account, which would be our main concern for getting AppleCare onto them.

Details

• We now have four HomePods around the house (one HomePod and three HomePod minis).
• The HomePods are running version 26.1.
• I am technically the owner of the home.
• Other family members’ Apple Accounts are invited to the home and set as Admin.
• Family members can only change certain, not all, settings.

Expected

• I want everyone to be the Home's owners and have full access and control over all settings.

Potential Fix

How do I set multiple people as Owners of the Home, and not just Admins?
