iPhoto on MacBook Pro not syncing with iCloud

MBP running Tahoe 26.1. All current on updates etc. About 6 weeks ago, my iphoto on my MBP stopped syncing with iclould. My iphone, ipad, and Mac Mini all sync no issues. Just my MBP. I've tried doing the repair restart on iphotos and it's synched everything up to the same point.
