Delete or rename a folder in a playlist
Is there a way to delete or rename a folder in a my playlist?

Playlist folders can’t be renamed or deleted on the iPhone. The Music app on iOS 18 only displays playlist folders created on a Mac or PC. To rename or remove a folder, use the Music app on a Mac (or iTunes on Windows), and the changes will sync to your iPhone via your Apple ID.
