iOS devices unable to connect to Wi-Fi
Hi everyone,
So, we are trying to figure out why we are unable to connect to WiFi from any iOS device. We have a security cameras, refrigerator, Amazon Alexa, smart tv and even a 2020 iPad Air running the current iOS update and all connecting to WiFi without issue. We have a total of 6 iOS devises, all running the latest iOS.
The steps we have taken are as follows.
- Powered down the WiFi router for one minute. Powered back up. Everything established WiFi connection except our iOS devices.
- We noticed the router code keeps dropping from the configuration. However, when we manually installed all WiFi codes, the connection drops and cannot reestablish.
- Uninstall VPN, cleared cache, history etc. and repeated step two.
- Reset Network, repeated step two.
- Turned off family sharing when we noticed the password being shared did not contain enough digits. repeated step two.
- Signed out of iCloud and back in. repeated step two.
- Finally called Apple Care Support without resolution.
Everything we read tells us to do most of the steps above, but nothing is working. Anyone know how to fix this?
