Why am I having problems with my iPhone 16 pro max front camera not working? the back camera works and it takes pictures but when I try to flip it to the front camera it doesn't work it just uses the back camera. I've tried reseting it multiple times and the setting too and nothing. what do I do?

Black Screen on Front Camera:
It's a glitch. I get the same, and all it takes is a reopening of the Camera app. For me, it might take one or two tries. So, try the following, and report it to Apple.
A. Closing the Camera App:
To close the app, hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close the Camera app, by swiping up on it quickly.
B. Perform a Force Restart:
Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
C. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
