Cannot cancel PickArt app subscription

Hello! I can’t cancel a subscription in the PickArt app. Other subscriptions work normally, but this one won’t cancel — it keeps saying that it can’t connect. Could you please help me resolve this?”

Thank you for your reply. I tried to find this option in Apple Support, but I don’t see where exactly I should contact iTunes Store staff. The link doesn’t show me anything useful. I’m not sure what to do next. Could you please guide me step by step?
