How to stop Sleep Schedule from playing alarm on all my devices?

Before the Sleep Schedule was introduced an alarm set on an iPhone would only play on a watch if is being worn. Sleep Schedule alarm plays on all devices. It plays on the iPhone and on both my watches. Is there a way to make Sleep Schedule play alarm on iPhone only when no watch is being worn and only play on the watch that is being worn if it is?

I'm super tired of running around in the morning between my iPhone and both my watches. Lucky it doesn't play on my iPad and Mac.

The Sleep Schedule alarm can sound on only one Apple Watch at a time, even if multiple watches are signed in with the same Apple ID. However, each device can still have its own Sleep Schedule configured. If all your devices happen to be set to the same schedule, their alarms may go off around the same time. This can create the impression that a single alarm is ringing across all devices, when in fact each one is playing its own alarm independently.
