Need help (infected device Iphone 17 ProMax)

I am in need of help badly!! Iphone 17 promax seems to be infected by a malicious actor. I am constantly having to reset settings within the operating system and apps. I have followed Apple's recommendations, resetting Apple ID password, but to no avail- as all of the problems seem to persist after the reset. The phone will run/operate as normal, however- within a few hours, its operation is the same as before. I was unable to check my Apple email for a number of days- which leads me to believe either I have a botnet infection or a cloned device, either way- I am in need of some direction as to how to proceed. I am miles away from the nearest Apple Store location- thus, any help would be greatly welcomed, as this device is less than 2 months old.

Kindest regards-

You are going to need to provide more information on what you are seeing and it may even help to post screenshots to help visualize. Just make sure those screenshots do not include any personal information. I don't know what it means when you say you are unable to check your email. Does it mean you are getting an error Message? Does it happen on both WiFi and cellular?

When you say you have to reset setting in the OS and apps, what settings are you having to change and what apps are involved.

Have you ran Safety Check, which will identity other devices logged into your account and also to verify the Trusted Phone numbers you have setup on your account?

As you can see there is quite a bit of information lacking in order to provide any assistance.
