How to fix 'no location found' error in iPhone weather and map apps?

I am not able to search any new city or location through weather app or map app of iphone. What is a possible solution for that. Location services are on and set to always allow for both of this app with precise location on. I have also switched off and then switched on the location services, apps and mobile as well. When i am trying to search for a new location, i am always getting a message that “no location found “. But in google map it is working fine.

resetting network and location

restarting app, mobile and location access
