I want to stay at hundred percent capacity as much as possible
how to stay 100% capacity while you are using 90% limit iPhone 17

Capacity will decline at an average of about 1% for every 50 Charge Cycles on the battery. This is normal and expected. So, after 250 Charge Cycles, the battery will be at about 95%. At 500 Charge Cycles, the battery will be at about 90%, etc.
All that you really need to remember is to replace the battery when it drops under 80% Capacity.
You will get better performance by ignoring Charge Limits. Set the battery up to use Optimized Battery Charging and connect the iPhone to the power adapter and leave it connected all night every night.

You can't unless you start cutting back on power hungry things like social apps and games. Look at the battery settings to see which apps are using up the most power.
A weak cellular signal will really eat up the battery, because the iPhone is continuously searching for a stronger signal. Use Wi-Fi as much as possible.
Accept the fact that you will likely need to replace the battery in a few years. I'm lucky if I can get 2 years of use from the battery.
Don't try to babysit the battery. It won't help and you will just make yourself nervous if you are checking the battery settings all the time.

I was just wondering how the iPhone can diagnose the battery used a week later when the graph doesn’t display that day . Also why is it not showing this mornings data
I don't see any comparison to a week later. I see it telling you that Thursday Safari used 22% more battery than it did the last 7 days (which is Saturday - Friday).
I also see the Onscreen message telling you that Safari was onscreen 1 hour and 9 minutes longer than usual last Thursday (which was 2 days ago).
I suspect this mornings data has not shown up yet because the Battery calculations are not updated in real time. It is just like the Step Counter in the Health app where the numbers come in after they have been processed in the background. Give it some time and they should show up.
How can I slow it down?
Thanks,
