apple watch not showing as connected on workout page
on the new update your watch is supposed to mirror on the workout tab so you can see your progress. My watch- despite not being a problem on any other part of the fitness app- isn't showing as connected on the workout app. Is there a fix without loosing the data from my watch?

On your iPhone, open the Watch app, go to Workout > iPhone Mirroring and make sure it's turned on. When you start a workout on your watch, you'll see the workout on your iPhone Lock Screen. Tap it to make it full size.
