during workout the speed and distance seems to be off.
Apple workout shows for example speed of 192.8 mph anytime the bike speed is above say 20 mph. Apple shows 185.4 where as bike shows 18.5
for Distance bik shows 8 (miles) and pole shows 0.8
looks like the calculation formula has gone wrong.
The only accurate distance uses gps. As you are not actually moving it is an estimate only, therefore expect some inaccuracy.
However such extreme inaccuracy suggests some of your physical health details may be wrong, eg 6cm instead of 6 feet tall
