App Timers Issue In iOS26.2

I am experiencing the same thing. What I think is happening is that if you use any app that has a time limit the timer starts on all apps, once the time passes that exceeds each apps limit the app shows as time exceeded, whether it is used or not.
For example if you stay up one minute past midnight doom scrolling on IG or FB, and you have a limit set for the app you were using, the clock starts. You set the phone down with only a minute of use, but when you wake up all apps with time limits have exceeded their time limit.
I haven’t had enough time to find a better/permanent solution, so far I have found this. If you reboot your phone, or toggle the app limit off and back on, the phone looks at the correct time left on the timer (I think). It for sure resets something so you can use the app, and you will get a time limit notice again. However, I think you may have the same issue persist after the reset.
I have spoken to a few others, and this seems to be pretty consistent, as in everyone I talked to has the issue. I am guessing the fix will come in the next update, as this seems like a pretty big bug.
