Location services are down and I tried to fix it.

Why can’t I turn on my location or make my Iphone XR as my location? I don’t know if this is also the reason why the Find my app always says no location found for my contacts.

it started happening after I updated my phone XR to IOS 18.7.3, and I’m hoping this is just temporary and short because I can’t see who is where and they can’t see my active location just where I was when it stopped. I reseted my location and privacy and my network settings, it did NOTHING. I need help advice and suggestions, or should go to the apple store so they can see.
