Unwanted background conversation being recorded as text message?

Thanks Lawrence, that's what I have done, but I use Dictation all the time and don't want to turn it off entirely. This background recording stuff just started happening after the update. I'm wondering if there a way to adjust the sensitivity of what it picks up? It's now so sensitive that it was recording sentences that were in a conversation in another room.

Ahhhh I figured it out! Posting the solution for anyone else who comes across this ... it wasn't my phone, it is my new Macbook Pro that the phone was connected to had all the Accessibility > Voice Control turned on by default. It was transcribing whatever was happening in the background in iMessages on my laptop and then the corresponding text message was also showing up on my phone. Once I turned off Voice Control on my Macbook, it fixed both problems.
