iCloud storage from Apple Business Account Subscription not reflecting
Apple Business Account Administration: Purchased iCloud Subscription is not reflecting correct storage.
Hello Apple community,
I am hoping to get some others experience with managing Apple Business Accounts as I am at the limits of what I know and can do in the Apple Business Portal.
I recently was given approval by our management to purchase 2 levels of subscriptions for our users: The Single Device and the 3 Device Plans.

However, even after waiting for a week and signing in and out of the devices the plan's do not reflect on the users accounts as having the extra iCloud storage.
The devices cannot be enrolled with the MDM plan as they are already enrolled in our organizations Intune Tenant which does not allow for co-mdm-enrollment. Also I don't understand why if that is the case that the devices have to be enrolled at all for the iCloud storage to take effect.
Any ideas on what I can do would be appriciated.
