Spatial Photos not working on iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.7.2)

I have an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.7.2, and the spatial photo effect isn’t working on any images. I’ve tried the common troubleshooting steps suggested on Reddit, but nothing has resolved the issue.
