Medication alarm issue and trouble with IOS26.2

I updated to 26.2 the other day on my 17. All fine. Separate from the update I am getting an alarm every day for medication that deleting the medication didn’t stop so I turned my phone off and on hoping it would be resolved that way. My phone gave me a message saying it had successfully updated to IOS26.2 then wouldn’t let me open without connecting to wifi. When I turned it off/on again it locked me out. So not only was I getting a phantom alarm, it also wouldn’t let me open it properly. Still have the alarm but at least I was able to get back in when I connected to wifi and signed in to my account.
