How to access my photos when I hadn't turned Icloud on and dont remember the passcode?

My sister tried to access my old phone too many times and locked it, When I tried to unlock it by updating my Iphone through Itunes, I found that I had forgotten the password and had no access to anything on the device. I recently added my other cellphone as a way to reach my Icloud, and when I checked my icloud I had found out that I didn't turn Icloud on so there is no way I could access my pictures or any of my files. Is there a way I could still access my old pictures?

Photos are only included in an iCloud backup or backup of you iPhone on the computer, if you are not using iCloud Photos to keep your pictures in sync on all of your devices.

But, since data can not be extracted from a backup, you will have to restore your iPhone from that particular backup, to have access to your photos again.

If you did that, save them to your computer and restore your iPhone from the latest backup to get your data and settings up to date.

After that you can sync the photos back from your computer to your iPhone.
