I can't select a default email account any longer.

Just upgraded to iPhone 17 Pro and now I can't select a default email account in settings. I only have two email accounts on my devices, a Gmail account and then an MDM managed Exchange account.


A minor issue where when I compose an email I can go to the "From" and adjust, but I'd rather start with the primary account I use. Under the "composing" settings in Mail, where I used to have "Default Accounts" on my iPhone 15 Pro, there isn't that same option here. Nor on my iPad running iPadOS 26.
