Cannot add Digital ID to iPhone. I keep getting the message “Your Digital ID cannot be added to Wallet at this time.” Has anyone else had this problem and been auto solve it? I have tried everything I can think of from searching Apple forums to Googling it to resetting my iPhone and still receive the error message.

Agreed, it appears some(all?) states are using location services data for at least partial verification. VPN is again a potential issue .
