AirPod 4 keep falling.

Can someone help here. I Bought the AirPod 4 a week ago instead of being happy this put me constantly on discomfort.keep falling .Only right side try to stay.Have to research all over internet on how to put it nothing change.

i can’t barely do one exercise at gym without pick in it on the floor twice.
