I need to minimize the brightness of my phone when listening to Youtube on the background, [ even with premium, on Iphone that feature won't work ] but them is the same for the whole phone experience.

You could use a personal automation in the Shortcuts app:

  1. Open Shortcuts.
  2. Tap Automation (bottom center).
  3. Tap "+" (top right).
  4. Choose App.
  5. Tap Choose to choose the app for which you want to change the brightness.
  6. Select "Run immediately".
  7. Tap Next (top right).
  8. Tap the gray tile "Create New Shortcut".
  9. Search for "Set Brightness" and tap the result.
  10. Change the brightness level.

You will probably want to change the brightness again once the app is closed. To do so, create a new personal automation, and, in step #5, unselect "Is opened" and select "Is closed". The reset of the automation is the same.
