You need to know your Apple Account and Apple Account Password to reset your iPhone.

If you know your Apple Account, but have just forgotten the password see this --> If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support

If you don't remember your Apple Account --> If you forgot your Apple Account primary email address or phone number - Apple Support
