Hi, I changed my Apple ID country to the United Arab Emirates and now I have a remaining balance of 1.57AED. I need to change back to my original country (Mexico), but I can’t because of this small balance. Could you please remove it?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
