I am trying to download an app from the app store on my MacBook Pro. I see the app (It's Giphy Capture if that makes a difference). I click Get. I click download and then I get a pop up and everything screeches to a halt. The pop up shows the app info and my account email and there is nothing to click, nothing to touch, nada. What do I do?
If it matters, I am not sure, but it is a new computer. I haven't downloaded apps from the store yet.

You may also wish to update your system software to the current 15.7.3
That was the problem. It was a new machine and I assumed (there's my issue) that it was already updated to a more recent os and when we peeked at that, there was my issue. I've upgraded it last night and was able to download it. Thanks!!!!
