Photo artifact appears after multiple photos, then can’t be cleared.

When taking many photos consecutively on iPhone 14 Pro Max (OS 26.1 at present, but issue started before updating to 26), a strange artifact begins appearing after a while. It’s then visible in every photo taken. After some time photos turn out normal again, but no actions seem to cause it to stop.

Rebooting, closing apps, network changes, etc. don’t make any difference; but then, eventually, pictures just start turning out normal again.

Weird crosshatch/“dot” artifact:

Same exact item moments later, but photographed with a different iPhone 14 Pro:

Anyone have any idea what we might be able to do to stop this? Support multiple times has just said to factory reset the phone, which of course fixes it temporarily, at which point they close the case and go back to square one.
