Issue Description – iOS Notification Lag on Lock Screen (iOS 26.1 → 26.2)

After updating my iPhone to iOS 26.1 (and the issue still persists on iOS 26.2), I am experiencing inconsistent notification behavior on the Lock Screen.

Problem statement:

If I receive a notification and do not interact with it, then lock and unlock the phone later, and when i remove the older notification by pressing clear all and it all clear it but the new notification get stuck above from where i click on clear all like if i scroll little high the new notifications are stuck on that and when i clear any new notificaation the original behaviour start working i don't know it is an issue or something but yeah this can make me feel like something wrong happened to my iPhone 15 which i purchased in September 2025.

Observed behavior:

Old (previous) notifications remain on the Lock Screen.

When a new notification arrives, it comes above like normal behaviour.

Clearing or swiping away the older notification works accurately but the new notification get stuck at the place where it should be.

The Lock Screen only returns to normal behavior after I dismiss one of the newly arrived notifications.

Expected behavior:

I should be able to dismiss or clear older notifications independently, without being stucking the newer notifications, and without needing to remove new notifications after clearing all older notifications.

Impact:

This affects daily usability and creates confusion, as notifications appear “stuck” and cannot be managed normally from the Lock Screen. This issue started immediately after the update to iOS 26.1 and continues in iOS 26.2.

Please investigate whether this is a Lock Screen notification handling bug introduced in recent iOS updates. Also for your easy understanding i uploaded screenshots of it so you can understand it properly.
