I don't see any such error number listed here:
Find an iTunes error code - Apple Support
However, the article is still worth reading. See also this article:

I had this issue not too far back... back when my Beats Pill 2 when down... The Pill device was Corrupted, and my installations would no longer play.
----
How I fixed it...
I logged out of iTunes, shut my Mac for about 20 seconds, rebooted my mac, logged in as the same user on my Mac, and then sign back in to iTunes. Also, updated to the most recent compatible version of iTunes, like I did at the time. For me, it is version 12.9.4.94
Maybe I got the numbers wrong. It’s not listed there. But I saw it back a few months ago when my Beats Pill 2 went out. All my downloads went unplayable.
But, it was divided by a space and a hyphen — not a comma.
If it’s still there, take a picture of it with your phone, and attach it to a reply post, so we can look at it. I’m curious if this is the same error as I got.
NOTE: To Delete Info: Just delete out any personal info, using Preview. Drag the cursor over the image, and rid off such stuff (Name, Time, etc), by pressing “delete”.

I was actually responding to the OP. The articles I posted have suggestions for what to do if the exact number isn't listed.
