I am an Apple Music subscriber and have been for some time. In the last month some albums which were downloaded have been greyed out and when I click on them I get the message that the item can’t be played in my region (even though I was able to play it until a month ago).
i have not moved region (still in UK).
Content can be removed from the iTunes Store by rights holders without notice at any time. Perhaps a record label has changed hands. If the same items are currently on sale in the UK iTunes Store then you may need to remove your copies from iCloud Music library, then add them in again.
