I am traveling to the UK and want to buy an adapter for charging my electronics. there is one I have found that has USB charging ports. Can I use these for my iPhone 8 and Watch or do I need to use the charging blocks that come with the phone and watch to convert the voltage?

So i cannot plug into a USB port on an adapter?
I wouldn't recommend that, without being sure that the adapter's specs are absolutely compatible with the output of the original charger.
