If i have apple watch 4 GPS + cellular, do i have to use the cellular?
So if i didn't inset a data sim, I've the option to use the watch as a gps model and connect it to the iPhone normally?
Or i forced to use the watch data (excluding using wifi)?
The cellular functions are completely optional. If you don’t set it up on your iPhone’s calling plan the watch will behave exactly like the non-cellular version when connected by Bluetooth to your iPhone. You don’t even need to tell your network about it unless the extra device means you need more data for the phone.

I have Nike Watch 4 and currently don’t use the cellular option. Works excellently!
Can i use the standard apple watch faces on Nike model or it has only Nike faces?
It has all the normal faces plus the Nike ones.
The Nike model has all of the standard watch faces, as well as the Nike ones. You can use what you wish.
