Go to https://www.icloud.com and go to the Mail page. Click the cogwheel icon at bottom left and choose 'Preferences' IN the pane which opens use the 'Forwarding' section to set up a redirect. Decide wheteher you want forwarded emails to be deleted from iCloud or retained there.
