iPhone disabled

I set up my touch ID so in case i forgot my screen password i can use the other way,but why is it it's not working? It sync to my password. So touch ID and password to unlock the screen. Now my iPhone is disabled.

If the device is disabled:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

As far as Touch ID is concerned, see this support guide:

If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If, after following ALL the steps provided in above guide, your issue still persists, it could be a Home Button failure, so you need to have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP: Apple – Location Selector
