Hi I’ve tried to download apps but it’s coming back saying disabled in the iTunes and apple store why is this happening?
iPhone 5s, iOS 12

What has caused this to happen I’ve never had any trouble with it before
Read the link in my previous reply; it it typically a payment method issue but this is a user-to-user support forum and no one here can say why with any certainty.
