Go to this page iTunes - Apple and click on the Download button to download iTunes. You may need to run the installer - it's been a long time since I've had to install iTunes again.
If that's not what you meant (and I suspect it's not), please be a bit more specific about what you have done so far and what precisely the issue is, i.e. where was the music that you're trying to use in your new iTunes and where did it come from (was it the iTunes Store, Amazon or another digital retailer, or from your own CDs)?
Oh, and just a polite suggestion, please don't type in all capitals; it's considered to be shouting and it's rude. Not only that, but as soon as there is more text, it becomes more difficult to read.
