Apple every funded me the money back but I can’t seem to get through to PayPal They are saying I need to change my card details which keep coming up declines but I know I’ve got money in them and I also need to and unsubscribe to something anyone help here please

Contact Apple support. See the following from: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
